What is being sold is access to licensed attorneys at a flat rate, plus filings only a service company can make. Neither is code. The consolation is a document system that makes the lawyer time you do buy more productive — which is a real saving, because the expensive part of legal work is a professional reading things you could have organised yourself.

Why mark extracted values as unconfirmed?
Because a model reading a contract is usually right and occasionally confidently wrong about a notice period, and a wrong date in a renewal calendar is worse than no calendar. Requiring a human tick costs seconds and removes the class of error.
What is the single most valuable feature here?
The renewal notice deadline. Auto-renewing contracts you intended to leave are a recurring, avoidable cost for small companies, and it is purely a matter of a date computed from a clause nobody re-reads.
Does the "ask the lawyer" pack really save money?
