A searchable personal call archive — transcribe recordings you supply, summarize each with an LLM, search across everything you've ever recorded — is a real weekend build. What doesn't come with it is Fireflies' actual product: a bot that reliably joins meetings on its own, integrations with CRM and project tools, and team-wide permissions.

Questions
Can I import my existing Fireflies transcripts?
Fireflies lets you export individual transcripts, and a short script can bulk-import those exports into this build's archive and search index.
Will it work on my phone?
The search archive is a small web page, usable on a phone to look something up, but there's no mobile capture — you still need to supply recordings from somewhere.
What does it cost to run?
Nothing extra for local transcription; a hosted transcription or LLM API instead costs a small amount per call, and hosting the small web app is a few dollars a month.
What's the one thing that doesn't survive the rebuild?
The bot itself. Fireflies joins your calls and captures them without anyone remembering to hit record; here, if you forget to save and drop in the recording, that call is never in the archive at all.
